We ship to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden
We ship our items with our shipping partners (e.g. DPD, DHL, UPS or Amazon Logistics).
We do not ship to parcel machines.
Delivery time
Delivery time made up of handling time and transit time.
'Handling Time' is the time required for a parcel to be processed, prepared and handed to the carrier. Handling time usually takes 1-2 business days. You will get a tracking number when the parcel is handed to the carrier.
'Transit Time' is the time it takes the carrier to deliver a product to a customer. Transit time usually takes 3-6 business days.
'Delivery Time' as a sum of handling time and transit time usually takes 4-8 business days.

Shipping cost
Minimum order amount is €500 including discounts.
We offer free shipping (€0.00) on orders over €5'000.
If order amount is between €500 and €5'000 then shipping fee of €100 is charged.
Shipping method: Standard (4-8 business days)
At this time Express shipping is not available.
Other Conditions
If the order contains more than 1 item, it will be delivered in different packages if not agreed differently.
Parcel delivery takes place on weekdays from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. The courier service hours may vary depending on the location.
A customer will receive an SMS and an email on the day of delivery with the notification about the delivery of the parcel.
As of this moment, there is no option to choose other shipping methods.
